As petrol prices surge worldwide, the nation of Pakistan continues to voice its complaints. The whole worrying atmosphere around the possible nationwide strike by petroleum dealers kept the nation on edge.

A fourth-year medical student at the Chandka Medical College reportedly claimed her own life in her hostel room. This is unfortunately a second incident that has taken place in the Chandka Medical College.
The matter is now being thoroughly investigated after the police discovered her body. It is still unclear whether the death of Nosheen Kazmi was self-committed or a murder.
The call for justice of Nosheen Kazmi has been trending ever since on Twitter with pictures that are very sensitive. The Chandka Medical College students and the Twitter netizens are urging the authorities to investigate the matter further.
The IAF pilot and Group Captain Abhinandan Varthaman, who’s MiG 21 aircraft was shot down by the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), was awarded the “Vir Chakra” which is the third-highest military honour in India.
The incident was news breaking back in 2019. Abhinandan was later released by the Pakistani Forces as a “Peace gesture”.
As Indians praise and laud Abhinandan Varthaman and his heroics, the Pakistani Twitter users continue to ridicule the whole event.
There were multiple tweets from Pakistani’s trolling the Indians and Abhinandan Varthaman on receiving the “Vir Chakra” award.
A rare white lion died at the Karachi zoo, due to poor health and living conditions. The lion was suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis and was sick for the past 13 days.
The Twitter trend kept on trending throughout the week. News surfaced earlier this week that the contractors were refusing to supply food for the animals over non-payment, this led to an outrage among Pakistanis on Twitter. However, some officials claimed that there were sufficient food supplies and that these reports are false.
Unfortunately, the rare white lion died in the Karachi zoo, as its picture started circulating around social media. The image unsettled tens and thousands of people, as the lion can be seen as extremely weak with scars on the body.
Preparations have begun for the Progressive Students’ Collective’s (PSC’s) Student Solidarity March (SSM) 2021, there is also a huge amount of support from many activists and students from Twitter as well.
The march is aimed to demonstrate the need and to revive the student unions in educational institutes across Pakistan.
Student unions were banned back in 1984 by General Zia ul Haq. Now the demand for its revival is gaining more voice and power each year.
The Student Solidarity March 2021 is set to take place on 26th November and will be attended by many journalists and activists along with the students.
